I placed and order and instantly regretted the decision. I called the company number and they told me they don't handle cancellations or refunds.
I email the company and they asked for more information from me than my order number. I emailed them back 9 (nine) times. The product arrived yesterday...... I called my credit card company and was told the transaction was pending.
They couldn't help me until the payment went through. I will be contacting them today to file a dispute. I will then try again to call the company and return the product.
I doubt I will get all of my money back. I should have known better....and now I do.
