The trial offer was ordered and subsequently cancelled. The lady who took the call said she'd have to get a supervisor to approve the cancellation.

Supervisor comes on the phone and offers a 35% discount in price. I said "No thank you, I just want to cancel." Then she offers a 50% discount. Again, I said "No thank you." I got a cancellation number and was told I'd need to ship the products back and would need to call another number to get the RA (return address.) By this time, I've lost my patience and told the supervisor I'd just dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Then she says I am committing "Friendly Fraud" and my credit card would be listed on a "Blacklist." Now, the very next day, my credit card was charged $89.47, $94.97, another $4.95 and another $5.95. Yesterday, I received another "Trial sample." (That'll cost me another $185.00+!!!) If you get involved, you'll be sorry.

Product or Service Mentioned: Biogeniste Eye Cream Free Trial.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
