Biogeniste Free Trial Review

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Can I give Zero stars? What they don't tell you for the FREE TRIAL, is that if you don't return the unused portion of the bottle in 14 days, they will charge you the full amount. Also, for the money, it is not better or worse than any over the counter wrinkle cream for $20!

What a SCAM

You buy the 14 day trial only get a few days to use it by the time they actually ship it to you. The product does not work and smells like a sweaty locker room. You cancel on line and then get charged for the "30 Day Trial Supply" WHAT?? It's advertised as a 14 day trial sample. Then you call for a refund and they spout at you about the 10 different ways the program works and why you can't have a refund. They state you have to call or cancel within 14 days - did it and still got charged almost $100.00 for a "trial sample" that only should have cost $4.95. They have the scam down pat - BEWARE!!!

BioGeniste Total Scam

FaceBook had an advertisement showing a fantastical (and fraudulent) product demonstration. As "obligation free" "sample" was only $9.99, I thought, what they hey. Instead I received a full sized bottle with zero paperwork and definately no terms and conditions came with the product. I was surprised when my credit card was charged $119. I thought this was a mistake and lesson learned. I then received a second bottle a month later with a statement. I did not sign up for receipt of the actual product and nowhere did I ask to subscribe. When I rang, it was only then I was told the $9.99 was postage for a 28 day free trial and subscription was automatic. At no point did the FB add disclose this, nor did it direct me to the full website, nor were the terms and conditions supplied to me.

Review about Biogeniste Trial from Columbine, Colorado

These people are crooks plain and simple. Pop up ad on Bank of America payment page said I had qualified for a "free gift". All I had to pay was $4.95 shipping. There was nothing indicating that if I kept the product and didn't cancel my "subscription" I would be charged over $89! I hope the authorities take this rip offf seriously & shut this scam down!

This was a trial i ordered with the price being shipping and handling.

I canceled order so I would not be charged full price for this product and I got the charges for shipping and handling. Then my credit card statement came in and the full price was on it. I called and they told me the deal was I would keep the bottle if I did not cancel in 14 days. When I insisted she get her supervisor on the phone she said he was very busy and refused to connect me to one.Just kept repeating the terms of contract.Very shady Co. and I told her this was terrible business tactics!!!

Biogeniste - Trial Period Review from Birkenhead, England

I just found that this company have taken almost 90 pounds sterling from my bank account for their very mediocre product. Nowhere in their advertising did it say that I would be charged this amount for the 28 day trial. For one thing I would not have ordered it ,for another it took 15 days to ship from the USA and the money was taken before the so called trial period had expired.I think this is a cynical practice at best and probably fraudulent .My advice would be to give this company a wide berth. I will be alerting trading standards to their activities.

Fraudulent Advertising About Cost

When I ordered the free trial, that I saw on Facebook, it said a free trial with only shipping and handling costs of $4.95. Then, I find a charge of $95.71, on my debit card. There was NOTHING in the ad about an automatic subscription, of being charged that EACH month! I NEVER sign up for ANYTHING, that says "if you don't cancel, you'll be automatically charged". I once worked for a company, that used to offer that deal, and had to hear customers complain about being "automatically subscribed. So, I know better. On top of all of that, I stopped using the product after the first try. It burned my skin! It has a strong mint scent, and my skin tingled at first, then began burning! DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!

Is it possible to get your money back after being conned out of £180 from Biogeniste/ Hydravella?

Charged for subscription rather than shipping for free sample

An online pop-up ad for Biogeniste offered 2 free samples paying only for the shipping amount of $4.95 each. Order placed on December 13. December 15 an amount of $90.66 was charged to my Visa. When asking for a correction, they explained that they had canceled my subscription and the charge was because my trial period had expired. Laughable since I had not received the product until one week later. I can receive a refund by returning the shipment at my expense. All communications with the company have been responded to by what appears to be a form letter.
